Chatterlys’ on going innovative and creative vision of providing customers with an excellent range of confectionery, remains our ongoing purpose. As well as supplying respected retailers, Chatterlys have for some while now, provided the food service industry with specific confectionery products to meet their ongoing catering requirements. The current range of Hotel Selection mixed boxes of hand finished truffles, both non-alcoholic and assorted flavours, are now available using an elegant range of Foil Wrapped Truffles. This offers the ultimate in food safety as well as conserving freshness from factory to consumer. Turn downs and Corporate gift boxes for all occasions are created to meet specific customer desires, by incorporating the latest design technology and materials. Quality Assurance and Food Safety being a major issue, the production process adheres rigorously to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Procedures (HACCP), complying with the BRC Global Standard Higher Level Accreditation. Ingredients of the highest quality are only sourced if they are free from Genetically Modified Organisms, with the relevant assurances from suppliers. The policy to minimise the number of known allergen causing ingredients within the confectionery range is achieved by monitoring all stages of product development. Milk and Soya Lecithin are present in most of our products. Nuts, excluding Peanuts, are also a primary allergen and are present in a small number of product lines. |
